Our orthodontic team simply is the best and is always committed to working with you and your family to create a positive, comfortable, and customized orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.
Our office only employs the highest caliber team members in order to fulfill our purpose. They are excited about orthodontics, have the highest standards of quality and integrity, and are interested in long-term contributions to the successful treatment of our patients. A team member's responsibility continually exceeds a specific job assignment by providing a friendly atmosphere for patients. Team members are cross-trained in different office areas to help practice flow and decrease unnecessary patient wait time.
In addition, Dr. Tse and all his staff regularly attend continuing education courses in order to provide you with the most up-to-date, sophisticated, and state-of-the-art orthodontic treatment techniques available!

Hi, I’m Laura and I’m excited to be your first point of contact on the journey to a beautiful straight smile! Born and raised in Miami, I'm a proud Cuban-American, fluent in both English and Spanish. Having undergone Orthodontic treatment myself, I understand the tremendous positive impact of an attractive smile & a healthy bite. I'm passionate about helping our patients here at Straightly Orthodontics achieve their optimal oral health, both esthetically and functionally. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful children and loving family. Alongside Dr. Tse & our team, I strive to use my skills and experience to create a better world, one smile at a time. I can't wait to meet you and your family!

Hello and welcome! I'm Miliza, but you can call me Mily (pronounced "Millie") and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. Originally from Colombia, I moved to the U.S. with my family in 2016. I practiced dentistry for 21 years in Colombia and now serve as the lead Orthodontic clinician and assistant here at Straightly Orthodontics. I love taking care of my patients' teeth and seeing their happy smiles. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, spending afternoons at the beach, caring for my plants, and cooking. I'm excited to work with Dr. Tse & our team to help create your beautiful, healthy smile!
